I failed to install Kentrol Door Hinge Liners

It is a nice kit, removal tool and new liners, nothing wrong with the product.
I just could not get the 32 year old liners removed.
I used penetrating oil I beat on the tool with my hammer so long and hard I was worried my might shear the hinge bolts off and the old liners never budged, I finally gave up total failure, left the old liners in.
I now have a Kentrol Door Hinge Liner kit as a paper weight I guess.
