The Factory Brass Bushings in your Jeep Wrangler JK are known to fail prematurely, promote corrosion and require timely maintenance to remain quiet and functioning. Delrin Bushings on the other hand, are a high strength, low wearing solution that is more durable and longer lasting than Brass, especially in high-use applications. Delrin bushings generally require less maintenance too, whereas Brass bushings will need regular lubrication to prevent noise and wear, whereas Delrin's self-lubricating properties reduce the need for frequent maintenance. Installation Instructions
Super easy install as long as you follow the instructions. Clean the inside surface of the hinges with sandpaper and add some sort of lubricant to the hinge prior to installing the hinge liner. My Jeep doors shut better than ever
